Moderator: Karla Knecht is currently serving as Fractional CMO for MassMedia through her consultancy, Knecht Solutions, LLC. Before launching her own practice, she spent 29 years at Starcom, a Publicis Media agency, where she held senior leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Client Officer. In these roles, she led operations, analytics, client onboarding, and strategic integration across major accounts.
Karla has worked across industries, including CPG, Pharma, retail, insurance, and entertainment, with top clients like Novartis, Mars-Wrigley, Allstate, Applebee’s, and Delta. Known for driving innovation and measurable results, her leadership helped launch the Effie-winning Allstate Mayhem campaign, Allstate’s Gold Lion-winning Save 11 campaign, and a Media Plan of the Year for Mars Petcare.
She was honored as a She Runs It Working Mother of the Year in 2018 and is recognized for her expertise in data-driven, precision marketing and building high-performing teams.
