Creator Collabs That Convert

In early 2026, the Las Vegas Women’s Marketing Collective hosted Creator Collabs That Convert, an engaging live panel exploring how brand-creator partnerships drive measurable impact across awareness, consideration, trust, and long-term growth.

The event featured a dynamic lineup of speakers and experts from across the marketing and creator ecosystem, including strategic leaders shaping Las Vegas’ influencer and digital landscape. Moderated by Karla Knecht, Chief Marketing Officer of MassMedia, the panel brought together voices driving results for major brands and destinations.

Panelists discussed best practices for thoughtful collaboration between brands and creators, actionable approaches to influencer strategy, and real-world examples of campaigns that elevated both visibility and business outcomes. Attendees walked away with new insights into creating authentic, performance-driven creator partnerships in today’s evolving media environment.

“The Best & Worst Advice We’ve Ever Received”

From game-changing insights to advice they wish they could un-hear, this powerhouse panel of executive women shared the pivotal moments that shaped their careers — and how they learned to trust their own voice along the way.

The conversation delivered candid stories, hard-earned wisdom, and unfiltered perspective for leaders navigating growth, reinvention, and mentorship.

An evening of truth bombs, real leadership, and collective inspiration.

Featured Speakers:

An evening dedicated purely to connection. This curated networking event brought together executive women across marketing, media, hospitality, and entrepreneurship to strengthen relationships, share opportunities, and expand influence within the Las Vegas business community.

Craft cocktails, meaningful introductions, and intentional conversation made this gathering a true celebration of collaboration.

We kicked off 2025 with one of the most influential voices in technology and marketing: Shelly Palmer, CEO of The Palmer Group and globally recognized expert in AI, emerging technology, and digital transformation.

A sought-after speaker at CES, NAB, and Promax, and a regular commentator on CNN and CNBC, Shelly shared actionable insights on generative AI, Web3, and the rapidly evolving media landscape. A professor at Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and guest lecturer at MIT, NYU, and Columbia, Shelly delivered a powerful, future-focused conversation for marketing leaders navigating change.

Our inaugural, invite-only gathering launched the LVWMC with an extraordinary keynote from Lori Nelson-Kraft, Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs for the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix.

A respected leader in Las Vegas marketing since 1995, Lori’s distinguished career includes executive roles with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, Station Casinos, R&R Partners, and her own firm, PRCeptions Public Relations. She began her career at a boutique Las Vegas agency, laying the groundwork for decades of strategic leadership and impact.

The evening featured curated networking, a candid interview with Lori, an interactive Q&A, and a closing wine and cheese reception — setting the tone for thoughtful conversation, connection, and community.

The Las Vegas Women’s Marketing Collective invites you to our Summer Networking Mixer – Crafted, Curated, Connections. This intentional evening will bring together executive women across marketing, media, hospitality, tech, and entrepreneurship.

This thoughtfully designed gathering is centered on meaningful introductions and elevated conversation. No panels. No presentations. Just powerful women, craft cocktails, and strategic connection in a refined setting.

Attendees can expect a highly curated guest list, purposeful networking, and an environment created to spark new collaborations, partnerships, and friendships. Whether guests are expanding their circles, exploring new opportunities, or simply investing in their communities, this will be the space to connect with intention.

An evening to build relationships that last well beyond the summer.

Real Companies, Real Conversations, and Real Opportunities

The future workforce is sitting in classrooms today – and on April 16, they were sitting at The Collective. In partnership with UNLV, The Las Vegas Women’s Marketing Collective hosted a curated speed-networking event connecting Las Vegas companies with high-potential UNLV students seeking summer internships or full-time roles after graduation.

UNLV students, prepared with their resumes and elevator pitches, had the opportunity to practice their professional introduction, build real relationships with decision makers, get face time with hiring managers, and expand their professional network at this event.
